Went to the Mall location for the first time. Service was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive.

Tuesday is fried catfish day.
Hands down the best catfish I have ever had. (Even the waitress told me how much she loves it too when I went to pay.)

The breading, and flavors were so balanced. I am really at a loss for words how much I enjoyed it.

Everything was so fresh, fish, the fries, the burger my friend had, and poppers were good.

My only nitpick is the Jalapeño we're still a little under cooked and crunchy. It didn't take away for anything it's just a texture preference for them to be a little softer. I still liked them though.

Salad bar was fresh, really enjoyed the options to choose from, Banana Pudding was excellent and very much enjoyed the chicken pecan, Cranberry salad.

Will definitely be back in the future. I was surprised how empty it was for what excellent service and fresh food they had to offer.

Portions are good for the pay and even took home my left overs.

I spent time filling out my new CALM MIND, CALM LIFE planner marking timestamps after my breast exam today.

I went to Books-A-Million to buy a copy of Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace. I ended up downloading a free sample instead.

While reading the Forward to the 20th Anniversary edition, a friend caught my attention pulling my stare away from my phone. I hadn't seen her in months since both of us have been working.

We caught up with the miracles we experienced lately and I recorded a video about how time and time again THIS porch has been a magical spot in addiction and in recovery.

So many stories. Today the story is a simple acknowledgement that Infinite Jest has already moved into my heart and soul with some paragraphs from the Forward.

First time eating here! Very very good food! The owner the staff truly good people! Definitely going to make this our stop for awesome food while in Abilene! When I got home back in Odessa! My baby in the phot at half of my chicken fried steak! Want to add don’t even need a knife to cut their chicken fried steak it’s so tender you can cut it with a fork! We dined in. They have a wonderful salad and desert bar! Me and my momma went in to eat! We fixed our salads while we waited for our food and there was so much to choose from on the salad bar we had to put our entire dinner in a to go box! Everything was so fresh and their onion rings are out of this world so so good! Everything nicely seasoned, cooked perfect! They make this wonderful chocolate pudding. I ate so much of that and my salad I was full! I highly recommend this restaurant! Love it when you find such good food and nice atmosphere! So so awesome, so glad we stopped there! This will probably be our stop to eat after our doctor appointment! I’m gonna eat something different every time will be back with more great photos! Also I want to add they have bands play every week!

Order chips and queso. Received a full platter of chips and one small container of cheese not worth the price. Order fried pickels, which were very salty, and pickles were so thin. I've had other items, not a fan. Overpriced for low-grade quality food.

Ordered a el heffe and a chicken bacon ranch, but it was missing the majority of the condiments included. Fries and twisters were bland, but the service was good. Our waitress was very kind and sweet, trying to fix the issue best she could.

The food was good... However the service from the server and the cashier was horrible.No smiles no banter and stood at the bar eating while we sat there waiting to order. Bad enough than even the table, of five, next to us walked out before receiving the food they ordered. It was not a great experience for my daughter and me on a fun trip to the mall.

Very good waitress, food was promptly served and still hot. Salad bar looked delicious and very fresh. Those that had it said it was and that the soup was very good but potatoes were cut very large for soup. Only complaint was where we were seated was quite dim lighting and very difficult to read menus and also not easy to get up steps for several of the gals.

I had the chili cheese fries which were great and a mushroom burger. The burger was good but there is a lot of bun and not much sauce. The service is great, very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is like that of any normal bar&grill.
