Made our order was done fairly quickly. The flavors are good we tried the Korean spicy and the mango habanero it was good. The fries were a little heavy seasoned but they pass. Was great it just it feels pretty sticky inside the tables the floor. Needs a bit more cleaning. All and all a really great place to pick up wings. Much better then Buffalo wild wings.

Muy rica las alitas de pollo. Esta bueno todo el picoso koreano estaba bueno igual con el habanero mango estaba rico. La papitas están un poco de más con sal pero estaba bien. Adentro si esta medio pegajoso pero no cambia mucho para que no comas adentro esta rico. Buenas alitas.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever eaten in my life. My wife called and asked for 15 traditional wings. We ended up with 12 boneless with no seasoning. How do we order extra seasoning and get less seasoning than normal. Definitely a place to never go to in Abilene unless you check your bag and make a complaint before you leave.

Called in about finding hair in my food. I also found feathers still on the chicken after order was remade. On the remade order the chicken was still tough, not to mention the chicken wasn't completely done. I made the general manager aware of this, she clearly was nonchalant. (Probably due to her not being out of any money, time and frustration.) She told me to go through uber eats for a refund since the order was placed through them. She could have taken care of us as the customer, she chose to. I called the store three times and was left on hold more than half an hour before I was hung up on. Definitely setting the right example for the team/crew!!! So avoiding the customer is what this has came down to huh? Yeah! Maybe corporate needs to revaluate who they have made leaders.

Very disappointed. I ordered a 40pc classic and asked them to be extra crispy. When we received the order it was the complete opposite. They were soggy. The 20 Lemon pepper didn't really have seasoning.

The fries were cold & soggy too.

It suxs a$$ spending $90 and not getting what you paid for.

The air fryer saved the night.

This wing stop has disappointed many times over for me to make this post. From the horrible customer service at the front to the obvious complete lack of training every employee has. The guy at the counter had a line, and he just walked out to his car and smoked his vape. He didn’t say anything just walked outside and then came back in. They took over an hour to cook 20 wings and fries, when the estimate said 30 minutes. The last time I was there they had 1 employee in the kitchen literally, and a backup of 45 minute order, so I walked out. I could list 4 other times within the last 6 months that they’ve been extremely delayed and unprofessional. Order from 351 and it will take less time even if you live potosi!

It is incomprehensible that they make you wait 45 minutes for 3 orders of wings!!! 20 wings Total!!! You should just close the dine in area. I was told by employee that their priority is carry out orders. They don't even bother to give you and up date on your orders that you been waiting for 45 minutes. And by the way the charge for BLUE CHEESE DRESSING!!!
