I made an online order so my husband could get in and out and he sat for over 30 minutes waiting for food. THEN when he asked what was taking so long some dude told him that my husband needed a confirmation number and refused to give him my food. When I tried to call to speak to someone, the number is very conveniently not working. It’s not that damn serious, Wendy’s, you’re just a damn fast food restaurant! Get it together!!!!

Waited in line for ten minutes for mediocre food I got the saucy nuggets and they are nothing like they look they’re regular nuggets with a tiny bit of sauce

Prior to entering the restaurant, there was a strong sewer gas smell at the front door. That should have been my first clue. Inside there were flies everywhere. I counted 8 just on the table next to me. My Son of Baconator was so overcooked that it was difficult to chew. The cook must have known this because it had two or three times the mayo and ketchup that normally comes on the sandwich. When I took the first bite, the sauces poured out everywhere. Speaking of ketchup, neither of the two dispensers worked. This restaurant does a huge discredit to the Wendy's chain. I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but this one requires it. I like Wendy's, but I will never go back to this one.

Ordered online, everything was correct but the baconator fries were not great and the Cinnabon pull apart and they do not pull apart the chicken sandwich and lemonade was great though!

I have walked out three times because they just look at you standing at the counter and won't take your order. Three strikes and you are out Wendy's. And the food is nothing to brag about

Waited in line for 15minutes, I was the first customer in line for 10 minutes without a word said to me, while the employees rushed to get Door Dash deliveries out. Nobody was at the counter taking orders for the long line in-store.
Don't come here if you want to be respected as a customer, I'll just take my money elsewhere.

They are honestly VERY SLOW!!! They are more concerned with mobile orders and delivery app orders than with the customers actually in the restaurant or in the drive-thru. We went in the the restaurant and had to wait in line for 15 minutes while they kept preparing mobile orders before even taking ours. We weren't even the only ones in line. There were 3 couples in front of us and 4 more people behind us. Definitely don't go there if you are in a hurry!! The food was excellent until we found a hair in one of our burgers (because they DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS) they did offer to remake the burger but we had to leave already as we were on a time crunch.
